Covent Garden is always beautiful, no matter the day, time or season.

Every Monday Jubilee Market, a few metres from Covent Garden Market Halls, holds an Antique Market. Stalls and stalls full of vintage valuables and random collectibles. The tables were full of fine China, silverware, old comics, vintage toys, model cars and even Liverpool Football scarves.

In the main Covent Garden Market there were more stalls full of vintage antiques. A few quirky bits which caught my eye were the pretty awesome poloroid cameras and the old fashioned retro telephones. You could seriously get lost in all the time pieces and end up back in the Victoria era very quickly.

A small hidden gem inside the main hall is Benjamin Pollocks Toy shop, that place was a treasure chest of traditional play toys, stuffed teddy bears, musical boxes and puppets. Toys are fascinating and hold so many beautiful happy memories. The atmosphere was very fun!

After a lovely stroll around the stalls and the wonderful toy shop, I ate my lunch teaching the fountains at Somerset House. *perfect*
